1 Nextel's Upgrade
Frequency Policy: Upgrades or replacements are available at the flat price once every 12 months (24 months for individual-liable customers). Customers who are within the UFP period may upgrade at either the no commitment or 1-year subscriber agreement price. Refer to the Upgrade Frequency Policy Marketing Bulletin for more details on Nextel's UFP.
2 Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC) wireless phones rated M3 or M4 meet the FCC requirements for hearing aid compatibility and are likely to generate less interference with hearing aid devices. M4 is the better of the two ratings.

Approved by FM Approvals and Canadian Standards Association as Intrinsically Safe (IS) for use in Classes I, II, III, Division 1, Groups C, D, E, F, and G and suitable for Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D only when used with Motorola IS battery and accessories.
5 A minimum processing fee of up to $36/unit up to a $150 maximum is applied to all upgrade orders. The fee is $18/unit up to a $150 maximum for orders placed at the Upgrade Support line (1-866-NEXTELU). This fee will appear on customer's first or second invoice after the upgrade has occurred. A minimum $34.99 rate plan is required when upgrading at either 1-or 2-yr service agreement price.
6 No upgrade fee applies. Customer's handset life on file (HLOF) or # of consecutive months with the same Sprint PCS phone determines eligible pricing. To be eligible for the best upgrade pricing (i.e. 2YPP), customers must maintain the phone for at least 24 consecutive months to qualify. A minimum $34.99 rate plan is required when upgrading at either 1-or 2-yr service agreement price.
