Door-to-Door Express
Call Sprint to get your phone picked up, repaired or replaced, and returned to you in 2 to 3 business days.
Nextel phones that are active and on an account in good standing (no past-due balance)
Nextel phones that are demonstrating hardware or software failures
Abuse or misuse, including cosmetic damage, and cracked or broken flips
Physical damage due to vandalism, fire, lightning, liquid, and acts of nature
Installed mobile phones, base phones, and Lingo model phones
Limited and special edition phones, such as the Bloomingdales, Phat Farm, and Bobby Jones models
Lets you call Sprint to report a phone problem and arrange for pickup.
Repairs or replaces phone with the same or comparable model. Replacement may be new or refurbished.
Returns phone to you in 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Some repairs may require additional processing time.
$55 per phone per incident, or included with the Equipment Service & Repair Program
