Sprint BuyBack Program

Sprint Customers can get an account credit or donate to Sprint PROJECT CONNECTSM from the Sprint BuyBack Program when they return their surplus/inactive phone(s).
Just visit SprintBuyBack.com, a Sprint Retail Store, a Sprint Service Center or any Nextel Cup NASCAR Race to participate in the Sprint BuyBack program.
About the Account Credit
The amount of credit varies by phone model. Normal wear and tear is acceptable, as long as the phone powers on, doesn't have any loose internal parts (rattle), or extensive damage. You must include the battery.
You can also return used accessories for proper disposal.
About the Donation Receipt
You can return any phone to Sprint PROJECT CONNECTSM. Sprint Project Connect supports K-12 education initiatives that promote student achievement, family engagement and professional development for educators.
What Happens to Returned Phones?
The Sprint BuyBack program recycles old phones for further use when possible and, when not, disposes them in an environmentally sound manner. Examples of uses include:
Replacements for all Sprint internal consumption programs
Handsets for Sprint's Project Connect
Phones for Sprint employees
Parts to repair other phones
Collected phones are NOT sold back to the public.
