At the Track
  1. If you are having problems with your device, please bring it to a Sprint Nextel Customer Service Kiosk for assistance. Kiosks are available as follows:

  1. Test: A Sprint Nextel representative will test your device for hardware, software, and operational issues.
  2. Review: For operational issues, we will walk you through problem areas.
  3. Exchange: If Sprint Nextel cannot fix the problem on site, we will immediately exchange your unit for a different unit, at no additional cost for in-warrantey repairs. For out-of-warranty repairs, we will replace your unit for a charge of $70.
Returns of defective devices are subject to the FanView return policy.
