Some important things to know about Palm® webOS™ phones |
|
Phones powered by the Palm webOS platform are hyper-connected communication machines. Take the Palm Synergy™ feature, which brings together related information and presents it in one simple view. Or the App Catalog, which gives you a choice of titles to download, many of which are integrated with other apps on the phone. And the ability to keep multiple applications open at once, so you can do more than one thing without losing your place.
So that you can get the most out of these phones, we only offer them with the plans below.

Please note: If you switch from a plan we no longer offer, and for some reason you decide to go back to your old phone, please be aware that you won't be able to switch back to your old plan. However, you will be able to switch to other plans we currently offer.
Setup and first use
You'll go through a simple setup and registration process the first time you use your phone. You'll enter your email address for verification, and the email you receive will be used to unlock your phone. You'll also be asked to accept Palm's terms of use and Palm's Privacy Policy, and for GPS-enabled services like Sprint Navigation, you'll need to accept Google's terms of use as well.
At the end of setup, you'll be given a brief tutorial that lets you try out the different gestures on the touchscreen. After that, you'll be ready to try all the cool new stuff your phone can do.
