Sprint's live Dedicated Access Facility reports allow you to view customer utilization and manage bandwidth needs via customer-specific, Web-based reports. To view these reports, you must be a registered user.

Trouble Ticket Management:
Trouble management provided by Sprint InTouch provides a means of opening, updating and viewing the status of trouble tickets or service requests with real-time read/write access to service management systems. If possible, please have this information available to expedite resolution. You must be a registered user to access this system.
