What You'll Need

Here is what you will need to know about using Sprint RCC:

You may log on from any Internet-connected computer to join a conference call

You will receive real-time streamed text of every comment made in the conversation

To reply you simply type a response and the captioner speaks your words for all the conference call participants

To schedule Relay Conferencing Captioning for your meeting, you must provide at least a 48 hour notice (2 working days) to guarantee coverage.
