What You'll Need
To make a Sprintip.com call:
A computer (Mac or PC) and internet connection. A teletypewriter (TTY) setup is not necessary
One of these supported Internet browsers - Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher, Netscape 6.1 and higher, Firefox 1.0, Safari
An online connection via cable, DSL, dial-up, or similar
To make a Two-line VCO call:
Enter the phone number where you want the relay operator to call you back. The phone line must be a voice number with three-way conference capability.
You will be connected with a relay operator.
Upon receiving the relay call on your second phone line, connect your outbound party.
The relay operator will type the hearing caller's responses that appear on your Internet browser screen. You will then be able to use your voice directly to your caller on the second line.
