Track odometer readings, fuel efficiency, GPS coordinates and other fleet data right from select Nextel Bluetooth®-enabled phones.
Always know how and where your fleet is driving with Turnpike RouteTracker. It connects directly to the engine diagnostic port of medium and heavy-duty trucks, and sends the regulatory/compliance data it collects to a Bluetooth-enabled phone (i335, i615 or i605 by Motorola) in the cab. All data is then updated on your Web service every five minutes, making it easy to locate and report on the most updated information.
Key Features
Collects all essential reporting data — including that required for International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) and International Regulation Plan (IRP) form preparation, and for 395.15-compliant Hours of Service (HOS) driver logs.
Simple setup — No capital outlay required. You get the RouteTracker device and TurnpikeDirect™ service for a small monthly fee, and can connect the device directly to the J-1708/OBDII connection for engine diagnostics and power in about 5 minutes.
Full fleet view — The device generates "breadcrumb" mapping and records speed history, fault codes, engine idle time, odometer readings, percentages and locations of power take offs and hard braking, and more.
Automated IFTA filing — Data output is transmitted from the device and printed from a Web-based report, making paperwork obsolete.
Option for electronic-based HOS — Upgrade to TurnpikeDirect™ Premium for a nominal fee and you'll get driver-specific reporting right on your phone, including HOS and results of pre-/post-trip inspections. And your dispatchers will get access to real-time engine diagnostics data.
