iM1100 Dashboard Software
This application assists in installing and configuring your PC to operate with the iM1100 Wireless Modem, which is sold separately and includes the iM1100 Wireless Modem User Guide. Optionally: You may purchase the applet on CD by calling (800) 422-4210
Download Instructions for the iM1100 PC Card
- Click the link below to download the Nextel Online iM1100 install program to your computer. A screen will prompt you where you'd like the program to be downloaded.
- Choose a location to extract the files.
- Find the program in the appropriate folder and double-click.
- Double-click the "Setup.exe" to launch the program. If you have a previous version of the program on your computer, you will be given the option to uninstall it. Please refer to your User's Guide for further instructions.
IMPORTANT: Laptop users with Windows 2000 will need to install the WIN 2K Hot Fix (Q275042) that is included in the iM1100 Installation folder. Without this Hot Fix, the iM1100 PC Card will not work properly.

Download Instructions for Palm OS-based and Pocket PC-based PDA Users:
- Do not connect your Nextel phone to your laptop or PDA until AFTER installing the Nextel Dashboard Software
- Click the appropriate link to download the Nextel Dashboard Software to your computer. A screen will prompt you where you'd like the program to be downloaded. Make sure that Hot Sync or other synchronization software is turned off.
- When you have finished downloading the program, start the install action and follow the on-screen instructions. The configuration is very quick and easy. If you have a prior version installed, the install will prompt you to uninstall it first. Easy-launch icons will be created on the desktop and in your start menu for convenient access. The user's guide is available to answer any questions you may have on advanced features.
