Texas State, Local and Public Education entities are eligible to receive a flat rate price discount when purchasing equipment from the Department of Information Resources (DIR) contract with Sprint. All replacements and upgrades (phones without new service activation) are sold at the Discount Price. Please consult the spreadsheet  for specifics.
