Your contact is using Wireless Data Services
Your contact is on another Direct Connect call.

What To Do
Wait a few minutes and try again.
Contact Customer Care online to add Nextel Direct Connect minutes to your service.
Confirm you have Unlimited Nextel Direct Connect service by checking with your Account Administrator or by contacting Customer Care online.
Turn your phone off and on.
Upgrade to a new phone.
Wait a few minutes and try again.
Encourage your contact to either add Nextel Direct Connect service or upgrade, so he or she can start enjoying all the benefits of Nextel Direct Connect service.
