In addition to convenient in-store phone repair solutions, you can also submit online replacement requests for eligible phones through our Phone Replacement Program. After your online request is approved, a replacement phone will be shipped to you in just a few business days. You'll also receive a prepaid shipping label to return your non-working phone. Transaction fees may apply.

Replacement equipment may be the same or comparable equipment—of like kind or quality—with similar features as your original equipment. Replacement may be refurbished, reconditioned or different from your original phone or mobile broadband card.
