Service and Repair

Convenient in-store repair centers provide reliable and affordable service, repair and replacement. Have your phone repaired or replaced at one of our 1,400 Sprint Phone Repair Centers. Many repairs can be accomplished within one business day. Replacements typically arrive in 2-3 business days.

Fees for in-store repair services vary depending on your device, and which protection program your device is enrolled in. The chart below covers most repair scenarios. Please refer to the Phone Protection Solutions page for more information on each protection program.


Normal Wear & Tear

Repairs and replacements due to non-physical damage issues such as mechanical or electrical failures not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, routine maintenance, and failure from normal wear and tear.

Repairs and replcements due to damage such as cracked or broken housings, cracked or separated hinges, cracked or bleeding screens, cracked or broken lenses, and broken or bent ports or pins.

Damage Beyond Repair

Replacements due to damage such as liquid damage, damage beyond repair, loss or theft.

Replacement equipment may be the same or comparable equipment—of like kind or quality—with similar features as your original equipment. Replacement may be refurbished, reconditioned or different from your original phone or mobile broadband card.
Sprint provides the following at no charge: Manufacturer warranty for mechanical or electrical failure for one year from original activation date. Device unlock/reset, phonebook swaps and software updates.
