"Ski with Jonny Moseley In Park City, UT" Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The "Ski with Jonny Moseley in Park City, UT" Sweepstakes ("the Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and may only be entered from one of those locations. This sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and/or where prohibited by law. Limit one entry per person per day - a "day" will run from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") to midnight (ET) each day of the Entry Period (as defined below). If multiple entries are made, only the first entry received will qualify as the entry and the rest will be disqualified. Disqualification of entries based upon a determination that more than one entry has been received from the same person on the same day will be in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Employees of Sponsor, any affiliate of Sponsor, any of their advertising or promotional agencies, any sponsor of any prize offered in this sweepstakes or any business or entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings and children living in the same household) are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sprint Communications Company, L.P. 6220 Sprint Parkway, Overland Park, KS 66251 ("the Sponsor").

3. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on December 15, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on March 1, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter: All entries must be received by March 1, 2008 to be eligible for the drawing. You may enter via the Sprint SnowZone WAP site. To enter, visit the Sprint SnowZone WAP site by texting SNOW to 7777 and follow the instructions on the screen, completing the WAP entry form and clicking "submit" to be eligible for the drawing. Once you submit the entry form, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Any entries attempted through the use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar methods will be void. PLEASE NOTE THAT SENDING AND RECEIVING TEXT MESSAGES VIA YOUR MOBILE PHONE MAY BE SUBJECT TO STANDARD CHARGES BY YOUR WIRELESS PROVIDER. WAP entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the phone number submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a phone number by a mobile phone service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning phone numbers associated with the submitted phone number.

5. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents ("the Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (f) any damages to entrant's phone occasioned by participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any information or data necessary to participate in the promotion or (g) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

6. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If the winning entry is a WAP entry, the entrant may be required to provide Sponsor with confirmation that he/she is the authorized account holder of the listed phone number (if any).

7. Privacy and Publicity: All information submitted by entrants in the Sweepstakes will be treated according to Sprint's Privacy Policy, available at www.sprint.com/privacy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant's consent to the Sponsor's use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinion, biographical information, and state of reference for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or compensation. All completed entries become the property of Sprint and will not be returned. Entries without all of the blanks completed will be disqualified and not entered into the drawing. All late, lost, or incomplete entries are not considered valid entries. By entering you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which will be final and binding in all respects. The official rules will be posted at the sweepstakes website throughout the sweepstakes.

8. Drawing and Notification. A random drawing will be conducted by Vibes Media LLC on March 3, 2008 whose decision will be final. The potential winner will be notified by phone within three (3) days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days after the first attempt to contact him//her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. In the event the person originally selected as the winner is disqualified, the prize will be given to a second winner via a random drawing of the remaining entries, conducted within thirty (30) days of such disqualification.

9. Prize. The prize is a trip for two (2) to meet gold medalist Jonny Moseley at the Sprint U.S. Freestyle Championships in Park City, UT from Thursday, March 27 - Sunday, March 30 including airfare, three (3) nights lodging, airport transfer to and from Salt Lake City International Airport and lodging property and $500 spending money. Total prize package valued at $2,450.00. Only one (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) winner. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner will not have the right to substitute another prize package. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value of any prize and the actual value of such prize will not be awarded. All expenses not specified, including but not limited to taxes, fees, surcharges, from the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Round trip coach air travel is included from your nearest metropolitan airport of the winner. Air transportation will be determined by Sponsor including airline, ticket class and airline seat. Hotel stay in a Deluxe room, double occupancy. All hotel incidentals, including meals, are the responsibility of the winner. Travel and accommodations are subject to change and are subject to airline, airport and hotel regulations and restrictions as may be in effect at the time. The trip is transferable to immediate family (immediate family is defined as spouse, sibling, parent, child, grandparent or grandchild) and cannot be exchanged for cash value. Any traveler under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a person 18 years or over and must have his/her parental/legal guardian prior consent (if applicable). Non-refundable and non-reusable. Prizes may be reported as income to a winner and the winner will be responsible for all taxes associated with the receipt of a prize.

10. Requirements of Potential Winner: A potential winner must complete, execute and return an affidavit confirming the winner's identification and eligibility, and winner and any guests will be required to complete, execute and return (if such requirement would not render this sweepstakes lawful) a Liability and Publicity Release. If such documents are not returned within fourteen (14) days of the date sent, or if any prize notification is returned as non-deliverable or any winner if found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these official rules, disqualification may result. Acceptance of a prize will constitute permission to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, photograph, statements or prize information for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents will not be responsible any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to or of any person or property (including death of any person), arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted.

11. Governing Law. Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

12. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Kansas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Kansas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas.

13. Winners List & Official Rules. You may request the names of winners and official rules by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope by 4/1/2008 to: "Ski with Jonny Moseley" Winners' List/Rules c/o Sweepstakes Department, Vibes Media, 205 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 2300, Chicago, IL 60606. Winners' list will be available after 4/1/2008.

Limit one rules request per envelope. Vermont residents may omit return postage. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
