Our mission is to give all Sprint customers the highest quality products and services in the wireless marketplace. That's why we currently offer the following solutions and services for our customers who are persons with disabilities:
Alternate Invoice and User Guide Formats
Braille and Large-Print Invoices
Sprint provides Braille and large print invoices at no extra charge for persons with disabilities. To request one of these billing formats, contact our Customer Care team at 800-639-6111 or e-mail us.
Braille, Large Print or Audio-Cassette User Guides
Motorola, one of our main equipment vendors, offers Braille, large print (18 point font) or audio-cassette user guides. To request one of these user guide formats, contact Motorola customer service at 800-331-6456.
TTY Compatible Handsets
A TTY allows persons with hearing and/or speech loss to make or receive telephone calls by typing their conversations, via two-way text. All currently-sold Nextel phones, as well as the i95cl, are TTY compatible.
The following previously-sold Nextel phones, with software upgrades*, offer TTY compatibility:

Note: The TTY device must have a 2.5 millimeter connection jack to connect to phone for text-to-speech communications.
